Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. AURA & ASH is not responsible for delays caused by carriers.
