Aura & Ash products are crafted for an elevated sensory experience. Some formulas and wax products can be affected by excessive heat. Store products in a cool, dry environment whenever possible.
Skip the Hot Car
Never leave Aura & Ash products inside a hot vehicle or in prolonged direct sunlight. Temperatures inside vehicles can rise quickly and may affect product texture, appearance or shape.
Store With Care
Keep products securely closed and follow the individual care recommendations below for each product.

Keep Cool
Whipped products can be particularly sensitive to prolonged exposure to excessive heat. Store in a cool environment away from direct sunlight.
If Sold Refrigerated
If a product was provided or sold refrigerated due to environmental conditions, keep it refrigerated until it reaches its intended storage location, then follow the product-specific storage instructions provided.
Texture Notes
Small changes in texture, volume or appearance from temperature shifts are normal and do not automatically mean a product is defective.

Going Straight Home?
Keep your purchase out of direct sunlight and bring it indoors as soon as possible.
Running Errands?
Do not leave your Aura & Ash purchase inside a parked vehicle.
Out for a While?
At participating retail locations, customers may be offered a complimentary cooling pack for temperature-sensitive purchases.
Received a Cooling Pack?
The cooling pack is intended to help reduce heat exposure during transportation. It does not make products safe to leave inside a hot vehicle for prolonged periods.
High temperatures may affect certain Aura & Ash products — particularly whipped textures and wax melts. A little planning keeps everything beautifully intact.

Aura & Ash products are crafted with care, and slight variations in color, texture, piping, decorative details or appearance may occur. These small differences are part of the character of the product and do not necessarily indicate a quality issue.

Something doesn’t feel right? We want to know. If you believe your Aura & Ash product arrived damaged, defective or has a quality issue, contact us directly and give us the opportunity to make it right.
Product concerns are reviewed individually. Changes or damage resulting from improper storage, prolonged heat exposure, leaving products in hot vehicles, misuse or failure to follow product-care guidance may not qualify as a product defect.
We stand behind our products — and we also ask customers to care for them appropriately.
